Notice pursuant to Schedule 6.3 of the Local Government Act 1995 of sale of land for non-payment of outstanding rates or service charges.

Notice is hereby given that, under section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, as rates/service charges have been owing for a period of at least 3 years, the Shire of Kellerberrin is to offer for sale by public auction at Kellerberrin Town Hall on the 25th day of June 2026 at 10am the land described below.
