Helping Children get involved in community sport
KidSport helps eligible Western Australian children participate in community sport by assisting with the cost of club fees, uniforms and equipment.
Eligible children aged 5 to 18 years can receive up to $300 per financial year to help cover the costs of joining an approved KidSport club.
Vouchers can be used across multiple KidSport clubs, giving children greater flexibility to participate in the sports and activities they enjoy.
Where an approved KidSport club has opted in, vouchers may also be used towards essential uniform and equipment costs.
KidSport vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for KidSport, the child must:
1. Be aged between 5 and 18 years.
2. Reside in Western Australia.
3. Be named on a valid Services Australia Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, or meet the KidSport special consideration criteria.
4. Be registering with an approved KidSport club.
