Pioneer Park
Adjacent to the Museum is Pioneer Park, situated on the corner of Leake and Bedford Streets. The park has many early agricultural implements and early model tractors. Other features include a children's playground, drinking fountain, coin operated barbecues, tables and seats.
The Park is open at all times.
Pioneer Museum
A Folk Museum featuring local memorabilia Is located in the old Agricultural Hall (built 1897).
Farming implements and machinery displayed around Pioneer Park provide an interesting backdrop for the local Folk Museum
Any person wishing to visit the Folk Museum may obtain a key from the Shire Office or Dryandra Hostel (next door to Park and Museum).
Centenary Park
Centenary Park was officially opened by the Governor of Western Australia, His Excellency, Lt General John Sanderson AC on the occasion of Kellerberrin’s Centenary Celebrations on the 3rd March 2001.
Located on what used to be a railway reserve in the centre of town this park has attractions for all age groups.
Some features are:
- children’s play equipment, under shade
- an in-line skate track
- a BMX track
- basketball half courts
- electric BBQ’s
- Pergolas
A Heritage Walkway featuring a replica Sydney Harbour Bridge and a Heritage Maze are other features of this park.
