So What Can I do?

Start your own business:

You can start your own business using a telecentre as your office. There's no need to invest in expensive office equipment – just use the Telecentre's. You can do everything from producing advertising flyers to making photocopies to sending a fax. You can even use the secretarial service at the Telecentre.

Surf the Internet:

Link into information from all over the State and all over the World. The Internet is an educational and research tool and provides a worldwide source of goods, services and entertainment.

Send an Email:

You can send an instant message via computer (email) anywhere in the world. Many tourists find this a very economical way to keep in touch with family and friends back home.

Publish a newsletter

Use the Telecentre's desktop publishing facilities to produce a newsletter for your club or organisation or you can get the coordinator to do it for you.

Hold a meeting:

The telecentre has a small meeting room that local groups, clubs and businesses can use.

Participate in a conference:

Video conferencing facilities enable you to participate in meetings and conferences, with people all over the place. This saves time and money and you don’t need to travel for meetings.

The Kellerberrin District Telecentre operates between the hours of 9.00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

If you would like to know more, please contact the coordinator or call in and see what the telecentre can do for you.
